For people who are done negotiating with it

Quitting was never about willpower.

Whatever has its hooks in you, smoking, drinking, weed, sugar, there is a way out that doesn't run on grit. Thousands of Canadians have already taken it.

The mission

Getting 100,000 Canadians free isn't a slogan. It's the whole point.

Every person who quits is a family that gets them back and a life that opens up again. That is the country we are building, one quit at a time.

Let's be straight with you.

This isn't a free quit line, and it isn't rehab. It's a one-time investment, and for most people it costs less than a few months of the habit it replaces.

We won't promise you a miracle or quote you a number we can't stand behind. What we will tell you is that thousands of people who were exactly where you are now are done. You can talk to us before you decide anything.

If you drink and smoke, we'll tell you why quitting one at a time keeps failing, and what to do instead.

Questions, answered straight

How does it work without patches or pills?

It's a drug-free, non-invasive session done at the clinic. There's nothing to take home and no medication involved. A specialist walks you through exactly what happens before you book, so there are no surprises.

Does it hurt?

No. It's painless and non-invasive. No needles, no medication, no side effects, and no downtime afterward. Most people go straight back to their day.

What does it cost?

A focused program for a single habit starts at $599, or three payments of $225. People quitting more than one thing, including alcohol, go on a longer program at $2,725, or six payments of $597. You'll see your exact recommendation before you commit to anything.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you're quitting. Many people quitting a single habit need only a short program. Quitting alcohol, or several habits at once, calls for a longer protocol with coaching. Your plan is built around your situation.

What if I'm quitting more than one thing?

That's common, and it's usually why quitting one thing at a time hasn't worked. Alcohol pulls people back to smoking, and sugar fills the gap. The Complete Reset is built to treat the whole loop at once.
